Pina Cool-ada

Serves 2

Ingredients
200ml Del Monte Pineapple juice
75ml coconut cream
Ice
Maraschino cherries and fresh pineapple to decorate

Method
1) Crush ice in a blender.
2) Add Del Monte Pineapple juice and coconut cream. Blend briefly, until all ingredients are icy and mixed.
3) Serve in a tumbler or margarita glass.
4) Garnish with a maraschino cherry and add a pineapple wedge to the top of the glass.
