Mango, Papaya and Lime Granita

Serves 4 - 6

Ingredients
1 litre Del Monte Mango & Papaya juice
3 limes, zest & juice

Garnish
Mint leaves

Optional Garnish
1 mango, diced
1 papaya, diced
2 passion fruit, seeds and pulp

Method
1) Mix the juice and zest of the limes with the Mango & Papaya juice.
2) Pour into a large flat shallow tray that fits in your freezer.
3) Put the pan in the freezer and stir every 30 minutes mixing thoroughly each time, until the mixture is too frozen to stir, about 3 hours, depending on your freezer.
4) When ready scoop into glasses and garnish with the mint leaves or diced fruits (if required).
