Ingredients
8-10 chicken thighs and drumsticks
Marinade
200ml Del Monte Orange juice with juicy bits
100ml lemon juice
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
Chilli – to taste
Method
1) Blend the marinade ingredients.
2) Marinate chicken pieces in the fridge overnight.
3) BBQ, or grill, ensuring the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
4) Serve with wedges of lemon.
