Ingredients
1 litre Del Monte Apple juice
2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
4 limes cut into wedges
Sparkling water
Crushed ice
Extra lime and mint for garnish
Method
1) Add lime wedges to a large jug and lightly crush. Add the crushed ice.
2) 3/4 fill the jug with Del Monte Apple juice.
3) Top up with sparkling water.
4) Add the chopped mint and mix carefully.
6) Garnish glasses with lime and mint to serve.
